Michael Popovich, President and Chief Executive Officer, represents STC as an Executive Board member of the International Council on Medical and Care Compunetics (ICMCC).  ICMCC was founded in 2004 by Dr. Lodewijk Bos, as an international foundation operating as the knowledge centre for medical and care compunetics.  Medical and care compunetics is the field concerned with the “social, societal and ethical implications and applications of ICT in health and care.  The goal of ICMCC is to make more easily available to patients and professionals using compunetics, information on medicine and care, as well as distributing information on the use of compunetics in medicine and care.

United States Animal Health Association

Valerie Rice, PhD, Senior Public Health Specialist, represents STC as a member of the United States Animal Health Association (USAHA). USAHA has been the nation's animal health forum for over a century, and is a science-based, non-profit, voluntary organization. Its 1,400 members are state and federal animal health officials, national allied organizations, regional representatives, and individual members. USAHA works with state and federal governments, universities, veterinarians, livestock producers, national livestock and poultry organizations, research scientists, the extension service and seven foreign countries to control livestock diseases in the United States.
