STC is currently one of three American Immunization Registry Association (AIRA) Sponsor Members. AIRA is a membership organization that promotes the development and implementation of immunization registries as an important tool in preventing and controlling vaccine preventable diseases.

American Public Health Association (APHA)
American Public Health Association

Erich Daub, Senior Public Health Specialist, represents STC as a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA) and holds the position of Chair for the Injury Control and Emergency Health Services Section. APHA is the oldest, largest and most diverse organization of public health professionals in the world, representing more than 50,000 members from over 50 occupations of public health. The association aims to protect all Americans and their communities from preventable, serious health threats and strives to assure community-based health promotion and disease prevention activities and preventive health services are universally accessible in the United States.

ASTHO
Association of State and Territorial Health Officials

STC is a proud member of ASTHO. ASTHO is the national nonprofit organization representing the public health agencies of the United States, the U.S. Territories, and the District of Columbia, as well as the 120,000 public health professionals these agencies employ. ASTHO members are dedicated to formulating and influencing sound public health policy and to assuring excellence in state-based public health practice.

International Council on Medical and Care Compunetics

Michael Popovich, President and Chief Executive Officer, represents STC as an Executive Board member of the International Council on Medical and Care Compunetics (ICMCC).  ICMCC was founded in 2004 by Dr. Lodewijk Bos, as an international foundation operating as the knowledge centre for medical and care compunetics.  Medical and care compunetics is the field concerned with the “social, societal and ethical implications and applications of ICT in health and care.  The goal of ICMCC is to make more easily available to patients and professionals using compunetics, information on medicine and care, as well as distributing information on the use of compunetics in medicine and care.

For the past several years STC has been Organizational Affiliate Member to the National Association of City and County Health Officials (NACCHO). NACCHO works to support efforts that protect and improve the health of all people and all communities by promoting national policy, developing resources and programs, seeking health equity and supporting effective local public health practice and systems.

Public Health Data Standards Consortium

STC is a proud member of the Public Health Data Standards Consortium. The PHDSC is a national non-profit membership-based organization of federal, state, and local health agencies; professional associations, academia; public and private sector organizations; international members; and individuals. Its goal is to empower the healthcare and public health communities with health information technology standards to improve individual and community health.
