STC, in collaboration with Arizona CERT, has created an iPhone application for the purpose of recording and tracking your medications and supplements in a list that can be shared with your pharmacist or doctor. It is important that your healthcare providers know all the medications you take so they can help you to avoid interactions. MyMedsList enables you to easily enter your medicines, prescribers, and associated pharmacies for yourself and your family members. The application also provides prompts so that you can include non-prescription medicines, hormones, and dietary supplements. You can generate a list of medications that can be printed or emailed for sharing with doctors and medical service providers.
This tool allows you to accurately and easily enter all the medicines and supplements you are using and to print or save a record to your computer. You can then share the information from this record with your physician or pharmacist.
