With twenty years of experience in public health and a highly
skilled planning and development team, we have the experience to assist you in
your implementation. In addition to our implementation expertise, our

assessments, public health consulting and planning, and technical assistance
with grant writing.
STC bases its data analysis on the Public Health
Paradigm (PHP) methodology integrated with the Information Technology
Alternative Assessment Methodology (ITAAM). This results in a public health
based information technology assessment that has six primary elements:
- Discovery and data collection leading to problem identification
- Identification of key stakeholders
- Needs assessment and gap analysis to measure the magnitude of the problem
- Identification the problem causes and determinants
- Development of recommendations and implementation plans
- Creation of parameters for planning evaluation
Technical, Clinical and Professional Information Gathering
During the analysis process, STC is careful to ensure that information
is gathered from all representatives of the public health arena. Typically,
interviews are conducted on-site using standardized assessment forms. These
forms address quality assurance needs, statistical analysis capabilities and
other pertinent information needed for efficiently and effectively analyzing
potential and existing problems.
Feasibility
There are often multiple compounding factors effecting public health
problems. Likewise, there are often barriers that prevent full implementations
of interventions. Because of these, the Planning and Development team places
problems in one or more feasibility categories. Additionally, interventions are
ranked based on feasibility factors as well.
